QUALITY PEACE OF MIND
FOR 90 days: We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect R.W. Diamond Broker will repair or replace the item without charge. Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse.
At R.W. Diamond Broker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 14 days of receipt. Any merchandise that was sized, altered, engraved, damaged or disclosed as non-refundable, including Custom and Special orders, cannot be returned. But, before you decide to initiate a return, why not give us a call at (469)709-8356 so that we can make sure, no matter how you choose to proceed, that you are 100% satisfied.
All returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping is non-refundable.
In most cases, returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURE:
You can come into our showroom and we can take care of you personally, or follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Return Authorization
Please email to get a return authorization number. This number will need to be written on the outside of the package.
Any returns that do not have an RA# WILL NOT be accepted and WILL BE returned to the sender.
Return authorization numbers will expire within 10 business days.
Step 2: Shipping an item back to R.W. Diamond Broker.
All items, including diamonds, must be returned in their original packaging and all support materials must be included.

R.W. Diamond Broker is not responsible for any lost packages; therefore, you should insure your package through the carrier for the full retail value.
If the merchandise is less than $500, you can ship it through any carrier. Please be sure to insure your package for the full value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination.
If the merchandise is more than $500, ship your package through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail. Please be sure to insure your package for the full value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination. (UPS and FedEx will not insure jewelry shipments over $500)
Step 3: Receiving & Processing
Upon receipt, merchandise will be checked by our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as non-refundable, special order or custom, cannot be accepted.
Returns that do not have an RA #, contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing a return.
