Free Ring Sizing

Ring sizes can change over time, so we offer free sizing of your engagement ring and wedding bands for the same finger you used when you purchased it from R.W. Diamond Broker

Free Rhodium Plating

This means making white gold look white again. We want your ring to look great. So, we will re-rhodium plate your white gold wedding band or engagement ring for free when we feel it needs it.

Free Diamond & Prong Tightening

Sometimes the prongs get loose on the center stone or side diamonds, we’ll happily tighten these for you at any time so you can continue wearing your ring without the worry that a stone may fall out.

Free Cleaning & Polishing

You want your ring to sparkle like the day you got engaged. Stop in for a complimentary ring cleaning at any time.

Free Inspections

We are always happy to check over your ring(s) to make sure that your gemstones are tight, the prongs look good, and there are no repair needs.

Free Side Diamond Replacement

If one of your small side diamonds (officially called “melee") falls out due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship, we will find a 4Cs match and replace it for free.

​

100% Diamond Trade-Up

All loose diamonds purchased from R.W Diamond Broker come with the guarantee that you can trade your diamond in towards the purchase of another diamond. You’ll receive 100% of your purchase price back in a trade.

Your new diamond must be at least one carat larger and at least the same color and clarity as the trade-in diamond.

(Why, because the size difference, if it’s under a carat, is minimal and you would be spending your money on a difference in size that may not appear much bigger than what you have. You would be better off resetting the diamond in a different setting or keeping it and putting it in a pendant.)

Free Insurance Appraisals

Every ring purchased from R.W. Diamond Broker comes with an appraisal that can be used for insurance purposes.

Appraisals need to be updated periodically to account for inflation.

We do these updates for free. That’s how strongly we feel about making it easy for you to maintain the insurance protection on your ring.

Center Gemstone

It’s always a good idea to insure your jewelry. Should the unfortunate happen, and your center stone falls out, is stolen or your diamond is damaged. We will work with your insurance company to find a diamond that is comparable in cut, color, clarity, and size to your original diamond.

What Is Not Covered
Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment. Warranty is voided on rings that have been reset or if labor has been performed on the item by another jeweler. The warranty also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, damage to the jewelry from an act of God, or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry.

Many Jewelers offer a " Lifetime Warranty"

Please note that if a jeweler represents a warranty as Lifetime, implying forever, this may be misleading to you. Nobody can warranty a piece of jewelry forever. Jewelry wears out just like a car, appliance, or anything else. Lifetime applies to the lifetime of the piece of jewelry. Eventually, depending on wear, use, etc. it will wear out and need to be replaced. At that time the warranty is over.

Warranty requirements.

Some jewelers require you to stop in every 6 months for the warranty to stay valid. Not R.W. Diamond Broker. We believe that warranties should be easy for the customer (and should not create a set of roadblocks holding you back from receiving the help you need).

So, whether you just had your ring cleaned last week or you haven’t been in since you purchased the ring at R.W. Diamond Broker, stop in and we will assist with any warranty needs.

The warranty covers all inspections, defects in materials, workmanship, covered repairs, and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems that have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed.

Should you insure your Jewelry?

We strongly encourage anyone, whether they’re an R.W. Diamond Broker customer or not, to have insurance for your jewelry.

Insurance guarantees that you will be able to receive a replacement of your ring of the same quality that you originally purchased.
